Is this meetup beginner-friendly?
Yes. New visitors are always welcome, and volunteers explain each step in plain language before observing.
What should I bring to a meetup?
Dress warmly, bring water, and if you have one, a red-light flashlight. A notebook is helpful, but optional.
What happens if the weather changes?
Cloud, wind, or rain can shift plans. We post updates the same day with either a delay, alternate activity, or cancellation notice.
Do I need special equipment?
No. You can enjoy your first visit with just your eyes. Club members usually bring shared telescopes and can guide you through them.

What does a typical meetup feel like?
